Clinical criteria: Pathognomonic mucocutaneous lesions; or ≥2 major criteria, with one being macrocephaly or adult Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD); or

1 major and ≥3 minor; or

≥4 minor

Pathognomonic lesions: LDD: a dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum
